Where to Get Immunized

The best place for anyone to get vaccinated is at their established doctor's office or clinic as part of personal regular health maintenance. 

Adults whose doctors do not offer vaccines can visit the Adult Immunization and Travel Clinic (AITC) where vaccination is on a fee-for-service basis.

Individuals without medical insurance, or individuals with co-pay insurance, should contact their doctor's office ahead of time to determine price and availability of specific vaccines. If you do not have insurance, or if your insurance does not cover vaccination, please see the following list of San Francisco organizations who provide vaccination at reduced prices or a sliding scale.
