Register For Health Alerts

The San Francisco Department of Public Health maintains a Health Alert Notification Database (HAND).  The HAND is a confidential database that is used to provide clinicians with timely public health information relevant to San Francisco.  Contact information in the database is not shared with any outside agencies.

If you are a clinician working or living in San Francisco and would like to sign up to receive Health Alerts, please do one of the following:

• Complete an online web form
• Download a registration form and fax or send through regular mail (our fax number and mailing address are included on the form)
