AITC appointment slots are currently unavailable due to assisting in Monkey Pox Outbreak

Please read the instructions below before making an appointment using our online schedule. 

Be sure to select the correct visit type that applies to your need, before you schedule.  The button at the bottom of this page takes you to the schedule.

All below appointments are unavailable

  • COV VAC SINGLE DOSE
    • You may choose this appointment type for your primary series.  We offer Pfizer or Moderna vaccine for those ages 12 and up. Pfizer vaccine will be given only  on  Fridays. Moderna vaccine will be given on only on  Thursdays. If the recipient’s  age is between 12 and 18, please be sure select an appointment for Friday only.
    • If your primary dose was Johnson & Johnson, you may receive your mRNA booster dose at least 2 months from your primary dose.
    • If your primary series was Pfizer or Moderna, you may receive your booster dose at least 5 months from your primary series.
    • If you are an immunocompromised patient, your additional dose (3rd dose) should be the same brand of your primary series and at least 28 days from the last dose. Pfizer vaccine will be given only  on  Fridays. Moderna vaccine will be given on only on  Thursdays. The 4th booster dose can be given with either Pfizer or Moderna at lease 3 months after the 3rd dose.
  • BLOOD TEST
    • This appointment is for blood test request, please see here for the blood test service and fees we offer. This visit type can accommodate other NON travel related services. Please be aware that our clinician is not able to provide travel consultation at this visit.
  • ONE PERSON TRAVEL CONSULT   (Kaiser members:  please check with Kaiser’s travel clinic before scheduling appointments with AITC)This appointment is for ONE PERSON who is planning to travel internationally, with or without vaccination.  If time allows, we highly recommend you make an appointment 4-6 weeks prior to your departure date.  If you have more than one person going on the same trip, please make a separate appointment for each traveler.  Minor travelers must be accompanied by a parent or a legal guardian at the visit.  Please visit our policy for minors visit.
  • REGULAR Visit (no blood test or international travel consult)
    • This appointment is for one person who needs any vaccination and/or TB skin test (IMPORTANT NOTE:  NO TB TEST GIVEN ON THURSDAYS.  PLEASE DO NOT MAKE TB TEST APPOINTMENTS FOR THURSDAYS) . You may choose this visit type if you need to get a follow up vaccine. Please be aware that our clinician is not able to provide travel consultation at this visit. Below are some examples:
      • To complete a Hepatitis B vaccination series
      • To receive some vaccines or TB skin test for school or work or immigration purpose EXCEPT ON THURSDAYS
      • To receive some vaccines for personal protection
      • To replace an international vaccine certificate record in person
