Vax Facts: Vaccine Updates

The Communicable Disease Prevention Unit sends out periodic immunization updates known as the Vax Facts to San Francisco health care providers. Providers that would like to receive Vax Facts and Health Alerts can fill out an online request form. All contact information is confidential.
